The Home Builders Associations of
Sarasota and Manatee Counties are pleased to sponsor this
2008 Parade of Homes featuring 106 models and 10
developments that highlight the quality of the life that are
such a rich part of the Florida lifestyle.
Admittance is free,
the hours are 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday and on
Sunday we are open 12 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Lake Club Models Open 1
p.m. - 3 p.m.
Model Homes
To view model homes click on the "View Homes" button
at the top of the page. Model homes can be sorted by developments,
builder, models, price, or by subcontractor (interior designers, landscapers, or
pool company).
Video Tours
Video tours for the homes and communities have been included. Click on the model
listing page and then if a tour is included take an online
tour of the home right from your computer.
